Something by Vera started as a means to share my creative journey. Experiencing anxiety and post-partum depression, crochet was my go-to art therapy. Over time, I’ve enlisted the help of my husband and sister for non-crochet related things like photography and branding. We are founded and currently based in Hawaii.
Patterns used will be linked if they are through other designers/sources. Each designer/source may have their own privacy and use policies, please be respectful of them. Posts and pages may include affiliate links. For all communications, you may contact me through the form at the end of this page.
Payment in full required before shipment on all orders. A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required for special/custom orders to cover cost of extra materials. Paypal invoices are due 7 calendar days after completion of order, unless otherwise arranged.
Items that are not paid for by due date may be made available to other customers. If this is the case, a new order may need to be made.
Please be mindful of busy seasons which include Halloween and Christmas, and plan accordingly. Something by Vera is not responsible for delays during shipping.
Items will be shipped using the standard/least expensive service with tracking number unless requested otherwise. Prices based on USPS prices by weight. Please make sure the shipping address and option selected is correct before ordering.
International shipping – Please use your own discretion/consult your local post office for estimate arrival times.
Customs fees, insurance, and other options are at extra cost. Something for Vera is not responsible for lost/damaged items during transit by postal service.
Returns are only accepted if item received does not match listing description. Items that are special order, customized, and/or personalized are all sales final.

Why did my shipping get cancelled?
Sorry for the confusion! I made an error in the first label, but another one was made. You should have received an email with the new tracking number. Please disregard the first tracking number. Thank you!
